I originally liked everything about the property but after the first night there I knew it was not a good place for families with young children.
Negatives:
The attempted murder and rape that occurred during our stay, the fact that the locking doors don’t actually lock so anyone can come and go as they see fit, the fact that even upon requesting them to change the sheets and clean the room no one ever did, or even the fact that the receptionists will ignore you and then have an attitude with you the entire time they are “helping”. The was only one good receptionist working there!

We woke up on the last day we were there and there was a meth pipe laying in the hallway. Went down to the front desk to report it to them and they acted like it was no big deal, no apology nothing. Partner went back upstairs to see if they had picked it up still in the hallway we take pictures of it and saw the person who came back to retrieve it. My partner went down to the front desk to report to them whose it was and they still did nothing about it. When we got home we contacted customer support and they were very rude and pretty much try to turn it around on us as to why we didn't call the police when I would think that that would be the job of the front desk. Very terrible

It could have been cleaner in the common areas. I also think that if you are staying more than one night housekeeping should come in and empty the trash and exchange towels.
