When we arrived we had to pay for parking via third party but that didn’t guarantee you a spot . The water park was a mad house with kids doing whatever they wanted no rules followed no staff to enforce rules with disgusting bathrooms . The hallways were super dirty and the rooms halfway cleaned .

The lamp didnt have a lightbulb in it. The vanity light didnt work. The elevator had food all over the floor. The stairs were not clearly marked and couldnt find them anywhere. Had to pay parking thru an app and it came up $50,not $15. It was a circu

Price was way higher than the reservation was quoted at. They charged me $200.00 extra for the water park when I only had 4 people going to it. I will never go here again for that reason.
