Positives:
This is the third time I stayed at the Cottonwood and I would say it is one of the best hotels I've stayed at. It doesn't really feel like a hotel and I like the architecture and environment.
Negatives:
I would say that the breakfast there is okay but could be kicked up a notch.

We love staying at the Cottonwood everytime we come back to Nebraska. The room is cosy and spacious, the amentities are perfect.

A bit expensive but it is the best hotel in Omaha so thats to be expected.
