We called to let clerk know we would be a late arrival and she was very gracious and stated there would be no problems and she would be there all evening and would greet us and check us in whenever we arrived. When we did finally arrive she was there .

staff friendly , breakfast was good , but was out of food and coffee lots

i sent email back, the bathroom needs help, shower leaks bad, water everywhere runs out of shower , very dangerous , bathroom vent not working , a joke , not that hard to fix, all outlets in room even the lamps need to be replaced, cords to not stay in , a hazard, free wifi very weak, card keys were replaced numerous times , did not work with lock, and can never get in pool room with cards, for the best western plus , did not meet your rates for plus, sorry but were not very pleased , used this one twice and seems like nothing fixed since last year, probably not returning, but quality was not met, breakfast was good and staff very nice

I love this hotel and the staff. Our stay was great minus the air conditioning issue.

The air conditioner was broken, and our room was approaching the mid 80s in temp. It made for a horrible night's sleep.
