Negatives: Requested 2 Card Keys for the room and they could not program both to unlock room simultaneously, needs to be reprogrammed multiple times. Tries to take a shower and there was no soap or shampoo available, front desk could not provide any. Included breakfast was not as advertised.

Negatives: The room smelled so bad of paint fumes we had to sleep with the windows open and the sheet over our noses. Very strong odor of bleach through out the hallways. Canceling our reservation was not an option. According to there rules they have a nonrefundable if you cancel. Couldn't wait to get out of there
