This place isn’t for us. Upon entering, the door looks like it has been kicked in. The door adjoining the next room has no handle or way to lock it. There was a spider on my bed and I killed it. My granddaughter got bit by something around 12:15 am and she couldn’t sleep. We could hear every step above us and we could hear someone’s music. I thought it was my granddaughters. We could hear every toilet flush and water running as if it was in our room. We would like to get our money back immediately and I will be moving to another hotel in the morning. I stayed here once with my son and it was okay. This is not okay. Can you help?

My place was a great stay.. we were a family of 5 and we had a great experience. All amenities worked great, well equipped with towels and everything we needed. Only a few minutes away from Lake Tahoe. We will definitely return here on our next trip.
