The first room we were given was not cleaned nor the linens changed and it appeared someone was still residing in the room when we entered. The outside condition of the hotel was in very poor condition.

The hotel location is creepy, especially at night.

Nothing. The staff was kind and apologized and said the owner was working on updating the place. But it was about financial issues.

Only two people are cleaning and running the place. The TV was not working, the room was not ready at 4:00 p.m. The Beds had not been changed. The outside of the building was not clean and was run down or condemned looking. I left a day early not safe.

the door had no security lock it was completely rip off this was very unsafe facing the street on the first floor the bath room was so bad we did not shower for 2 days we have to walk on our sandals carpet so dirty an smelly pool closed no breakfas

Only two staff on the property. Had to search for office person to check in. Only ice available came from an open bag in a fridge/freezer in a storage room. Only one bath towel in our room. Office closed at sunset and no one available until morning.
