Positives:
The price is cheap and pets are allowed in this location, of course with an xtra fee. The kitchen is a convenience.
Negatives:
The place needs a renovation. Rooms are dirty and outdated. Stains on walls and chairs. Beds are uncomfortable especially if you try to use the sofa bed, is like you sleeping on the springs of mattress. Not enough lighting, and also no utensils or coffee maker.

Drove from New Orleans to Las Vegas and the room wasn’t ready when I got there. Left and came back 3hrs later and they still weren’t renting out rooms so it still wasn’t ready. Left again and found another hotel (because I was exhausted) and tried to cancel…they still charged me cancellation fees.

I drove all the way from arizona to las vegas, just to be turned away at the door, stating they had overbooked and didnt have any rooms, even tho we had the reservation. Very rude when i got there, didnt apologize for overbooking, just told me to leave n went back to whatever they were doing

Lady at ḍesk was very helpful and kind in getting me dishes for my room...her name started with an M. I was getting surgery the next day so I was nervous about that. I had to apologize to her and she was very forgiving. Manager Tom, was also very nice and professional. Thank you again.
