Good news! Before Thursday, Dec 12th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Thursday, Dec 12th, 2024 at midnight and Saturday, Dec 14th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Saturday, Dec 14th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 14, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 2 days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Positives: The hotel was clean, and the casino floor staff were lovely. Rooms were modern.

Negatives: Parking garages could be better signposted for those arriving by car. Pool loungers are set over three floors and you can't access the ones around the pool without paying. The 'free' loungers are surrounded by concrete walls.

Positives: The security guard or I thought he was he was wearing the uniform he tried to go into my room while I was naked. He didn’t knock he didn’t announce himself I was alone. He tried to say my door was open but it wasn’t. The only thing hotel did to fix things was move me room. I should have got a refund considering my privacy was breached no one has returned my calls or given any updates. Very disappointed especially since it was in the strip! Do not come here if you need to feel safe.
