Negatives: We had nothing but issues with this place. This hotel claims to be a non smoking facility, but there was a plastic bag tied over the smoke detector in one of our rooms and the entire room reeked of cigarette smoke. Our second room had a broken shower handle which made the shower unusable. Our third room had carpet that was completely soaking wet (could not step on the carpet with socks or they would get soaked). It smelled like rotten fish and dumpster. We were told that the room was shampooed prior to us entering and “just didn’t get enough time to dry”. Upon checking out, we were promised 20% off our bill and to call them if our bank statement did not reflect the discount. When we got our statement, surprise! It did not reflect the discount. I called and was told that the only person who could authorize a charge back was the manager and she was not in. I proceeded to call back NINE TIMES over the next few weeks and was told each time that the manager was gone, on vacation, in a “very important meeting” and so on. I asked to be called back when the manager was out of her meeting and was told “we’ll see what happens”. Every single element of our stay has been characterized by issues upon issues and no reconciliation. I will never stay at another Wyndham property and will tell everyone possible not to either.

Positives: The staff were super nice and accommodating and it’s great to have a go-to dog friendly spot
Negatives: The room was gross. There were spots on the sheets, we weren’t given towels so had to ask for them, and the whole room just felt unclean and gross. The room also smelled super strongly of weed.

Negatives: It was a disappointment! They didn't warn you that the pool was closed, I was traveling with my kids and it was really hot and we couldn't use the pool, this was extremely disappointing. The room sucks! Dirty bedding, there were cockroaches in the bathroom, the ceiling was very dusty. The air conditioning is in a bad location. Worst hotel I have ever stayed with my family, I will never go back.
