Positives:
The elevator worked with only the keycard so non-guests were not able to get up to the rooms. That was a bonus since the area around the hotel was sketchy. The price was fair, the staff was friendly.
Negatives:
Even though it's non smoking rooms the closeness to the smoking casino permeated the lobby, elevator, hall and room.
The area around the hotel was not the safest and it would be nice if the hotel parking was gated so casino guests could not access it.

I was very skeptical to stay here from all the other reviews! But this place is not as bad as what I read! the facilities were fine the room was nice and spacious clean and the staff BETO was exceptional!! I needed a microwave and with no problem he upgraded us even though my room was already pre-booked and paid for in advance, I came with 3 kids and my friend and we all were comfortable and anytime we needed anything towels extra pillows more blankets housekeeping came right away! never mind the area it’s not even bad and the extra people walking around outside they ain’t bothering anyone! This place is friendly and safe! I RECOMMEND it great prices. We stayed in rm 620. Never mind the snobby reviews give this place a chance! Like any casino you will smell a stench of cig smoke but the hallways and our room didn’t smell at all! Thank you Ramada for the great experience! We will be coming back.

The area is extremely sketchy. You will have prostitutes and drug dealers doing their business in the parking lot and walk up and down in front of the hotel.
I got check out a couple days and each time I had security pounding on my door at checkout time and they had no idea about any late check out the first time this occurred. My adult son was in the shower and they walked in and everything and were questioning him while he was in the shower , the second time we thought the police are banging at the door. It was so loud and then they denied that we had a late checkout but then when I checked back with the front desk, they said oh no you have a late check out.
