Our window was stuck open, dog feces everywhere. ( no bags), Cigarette butts all over. Side door to casino broke for weeks.

Location and highway access. Veteran status parking. Hotel employee working the front desk at night was very kind & helpful getting supplies, but she can not run the hotel on her own.

Smoke & animal smells were unbearable. Had to block door jams with towels & open window. Despite "room service please" placard on door mornings, no room service any day. Night staff was kind & provide toilet paper, tissue & clean towels night 3.

No lights on ceiling. Made it hard to see when we arrived at night.

Breakfast was a muffin to go. But if you wanted a full breakfast there was a good restaurant next door in a truck stop.

Honestly it wasn't the cleanest, but not terrible. The fridge had a dried spill in it and I wiped the bathroom sink down.

A muffin does not constitute breakfast. Morning staff was surly, About 1 out of every 4 TV channels had no volume. Smoke detector was wrapped in a plastic bag.
