Negatives: checking in they could not find our our reservation even after i went to car and got the number for them so i brought comp in to show what i reserved she said my name wasn't list couldn't open up complete email i had no internet available to do that they had me stand aside while they handle other people checking in our friends got their room way before they finally found my name said it was list under burns bonnie rather then bonnie burns,they had me spell my granddaughter name out and didn't find that trust me even if burns was list first they should have found a bonnie next to it,the lady was sarcaust and rude she said my face look angry i never ask why do you work here with your brain size. 45 min to check in then another 5 min listening to her tell the other how hard it was for her not to say something to put me in line.i have came to the westervillage once a year for 40 years and wish i could say everthing went smooth checking has been a hassle on 3 other times .so 3 out 40 times not a bad score but they need to train their staff better.i booked my room at least 2 months before .it really start my three days bad.but the trip end well
