I liked that the hotel was close to a gas station and dunkin donuts!
Negatives:
The hotel has not been properly maintained. The ceiling had giant spots where you can tell had water damage, holes in the wall near shower curtain rod, the shower curtain was discolored and smelled terrible. There were flies, lady bugs and stink bugs inside the window and at night with the lights on they came into the room. There was caution tape down stairs taping off community bathrooms. The game room ate our quarters and didn't let us play the games. Way over priced!

I wanted to use the gym. I tried to swipe room key several times but gym door was locked. I went to front desk clerk she told me "door was locked and she'd unlock it and call me"; unfortunately, I did not get a call or use treadmill during my stay.
