Negatives: We have stayed here many times because of its proximity to family. The breakfasts have declined but are now very, very poor. Rotten bananas, poor range and the same cooked meal presented day after day. The rooms have not been upgraded and are tired, mattresses very old.

Positives: I love the one bedroom suites that are perfect for weekends with my granddaughters! Pool (in door) is great, Nice and clean workout room and outdoor basketball court. Kitchen is great. Dealing directly with this property is the way to go! Don’t even try to resolve any issues with reservations, canceling, or upgrading your room. They just repeat the script of No, we are going to charge you for 2 rooms on the same date because even though you have followed the procedure for customer service and message or call 2x a day to avoid the double booking they are insisting they are.Charging you . I put a security hold on the card to keep them from charging me. I have heard that booking.com has been losing users related to poor or no customer support or service. I decided to call the hotel directly and it was so easy. They were great and immediately cancelled the extra reservation and even suggested that my granddaughters might like a 4th floor room and changed my 1st floor to the 4th. Breakfast is good. Not just continental. Full buffet! Free! Highly recommend
Negatives: I wish the check in was at 3pm instead of 4pm and I would live check out to be at noon vs 11am. But that’s just my personal preference. It doesn’t keep me from staying here 4 x in 4 months
