Positives: Breakfast was very good. Pool and hot tub were clean and the temps were comfortable.

Negatives: Fire pit would have been fun to enjoy. Unfortunately, guests were unable to sit around the fire due to the outdoor seating being put away by staff citing the reason being "because the chairs are wet". It would have been nice if the chairs were wiped down and dried so we could have done more than watch the fire from our room window. We have stayed here many times before and never experienced issues with the level of disrepair our room was in. The TV stand furniture had a large crack, the bathroom sink also did and the dishwasher had something hanging out of it, appearing broken.
