Positives: price for the basic room was good. We were approx. an hour early on arrival, asked if our room was ready?. we were told it would cost an additional $20 to get the room. When I complained it was dropped. I was surprised with the attempt to charge the extra moneys, the place was no where near full.

Negatives: cleanliness. Table in hallway was filthy. Bed sheets looked as if they were just thrown together. Not at all what we were used to at this location, we have stayed here many times and were always pleased with our stay.

Negatives: Everything. Stay away. Mold in refrigerator and microwave and the place was dusty and dirty. They have no housecleaning and they only refunded me for the 1 night not the other night eventbough we didn't stay there. Terrible and nasty.

Positives: I like the price of the room the location was ok I’m born and raised in Atlantic City so I know they areas very well.

Negatives: The staff wasn’t very friendly at all. The whole process seemed very transactional. On our second day the other guest in the room with me went to ask for extra towels and wash cloths. The guy at the front desk accused us of smoking in the room. Me or the other guest doesn’t smoke and have never smoked not to mention we had 2 kids registered in the room as well. If we did smoke which again we don’t we wouldn’t be smoking in a closed space with children. When I came to the desk to ask what was going on the guy at the front desk in a very accusing tone said you were smoking in a non smoking room we received a report from our detectors that go to the fire department. I asked to see said “report” but he said the manager had it. I asked to speak with a manager and he said they weren’t available.
