Reception clerk was not courteous & rude. I had notified in the morning about the clogged toilet, he said he will take care of it by the time I return in the evening. But, by his demeanor I knew he gives a F**k about my complain and I was right when I returned around 9PM, the toilet was not fixed. The reception never answers phone call, I have to walk over to the lobby to notify as well inquire about the toilet problem. Even though the room looked clean and nice but there's some kind of faint foul smell in the room.
