Positives:
I liked that the hotel was close to the water and had their own bars to hang out in.
Negatives:
Ants in my room. Don’t know where they were coming from. The one curtain was broken and if you pulled the shade down there wasn’t anything affixed that could bring it back up. The carpet in the room is dated and spotty. Gross.

I like the location to the beach and the paramount! It was awesome.

That the parking you had to pay for the whole time you were there. The hotel parking was not free! It was $75 and you could not park it yourself! I wish the hotel looked like it did when it first opened In the 1920’s that would have been great! Instead it was filled with cheap 80’s decor! That was disappointing.

No one answers the phone EVER! Whether you call from inside or outside the hotel - no one answers so you are on your own. Music at pool is BLASTING, yoy could hear it across the street.

Positives:
Very close to the beach - can't beat that. I didn't eat at the hotel because there were so many great restaurants right across the street on the boardwalk. Very safe to walk around outside. Great hotel security people, valet service and front desk.
Negatives:
Price for hotel and for parking. I stayed there at the height of summer beach season, so I suppose that's why the price was so much higher than when I stayed there previously off-season.
