The size of the room and it was handicapped accessible. I am a disabled person.

I could not use the wheelchair that I asked for. I needed it because it is easier for me to wheel around in the room easier than trying to do this in my scooter. I wasn't going to steal the wheelchair.

I come to the Sheraton Hotel every year in March with Mary Kay Inc. for our Career Conference. I like using this hotel because it's convenient and it connects to the Convention Center. And the Staff are generally nice.
Negatives:
I didn't like the room I was in this time because it looked old. The bathroom needed an upgrade. The bed was uncomfortable.My room was in the corner and the guests in the other rooms near me slammed their doors most of the night that I couldn't sleep.

When we arrived the front desk said he hadnt paid but I pre-paid with Booking.com. 3 people at the front desk said it was because I paid online. My husband used his credit card for incidentals. The next morning my husbands card was charged the full room price and the parking fee. Again we went to the front desk and was told it was an easy fix. Sunday the $50 was credited back to his card and finally Monday it was fixed. This should have never happened when I pre-paid in advance. All of the confusion on Friday night caused us to be late to our event because no one really knew how to fix the problem
