I always enjoy coming to Embassy suite at Berkeley Heights I have been coming there since 2018 I love the place I also host most of my family party there I used to live in New Providence NJ few block from there

The staff I used to love the staff there very professional friendly caring but during my last 2 trip i felt very disappointed by the staff the grain and can staff are awesome very professional and friendly but the hotel it’s really disappointed.
I was there for 4 night from Sunday 24 to Thursday 18 but got6 charges in my card 3050 hold the day I arrive , 1800 the next day 1050 the second day , 2350 the fourth day 690 after I left and 350 more all this for 4 night how can this be possible I have been trying to get on the phone with the accounting department so far nothing I called the reception no one can’t help .
