Some of the staff were very ignorant and not helpful. I believe she was the assistant manager, or the "second" as she called it. but the other two employees that were working over the time period we were there were very nice and accommodating. Went above and beyond for us.

Price, could not get a key or check in due to computer issues, bed made noises every time getting in and out of bed, at check-out, I was told my receipt would be emailed to me but was not, i questioned staff and they went back in the computer and stated they couldn't figure out how a reservation could be completed without an email and it had to be done manually

Relaxing and quiet stay made the perfect getaway.
Positives:
Spacious room, full fridge and microwave with kitchenette, beautiful bathroom, comfortable beds and pillows. Conveniently located near food, gas and the highway. Pleasant and responsive staff.

Our main floor was dirty. The kids socks were black after walking around on it. But the staff was notified and quickly came and cleaned the whole room for us.
