Negatives: Had small issue with the blinds…phone in room didn’t work so went down to front desk. Agent at desk was of no help…luckily another employee assisted.

Positives: Everything was BEAUTIFUL, except that I was overcharged for the room & it wasn't what i needed or expected. It was advertised as a bedroom with a tub & I paid additional for such room, however there are NO TUBS ON THIS PROPERTY & I WAS NOT REIMBURSED THE DIFFERENCE!!!
