Perfect location for me as my son and grandchildren are just a few blocks from there. Staff went above and beyond to make my stay a great one.

We booked 4 rooms, and one was booked as an extra large suite since it was for 2 adults and 3 kids, but that larger room was not given to us rather one more standard room was, this was very disappointing

The towels were threadbare, and the upstairs fan didnt vent overly well. But it was awesome otherwise

The location of the facility was convenient and away from downtown Philadelphia. Breakfast was terrific! The dining area was clean. Everything was well stocked and personnel was available, if needed by guests.
Negatives:
The facility is very old, and the outdoor stairway has not been maintained appropriately. Stairs were dangerous and handrails were filthy!

Breakfast was excellent everyday. Neat, clean, and organized. Mildred your staff member went out of her way to get us information, when we asked her if there was a karaoke place near the hotel. She found a great place for us to go after we tried unsuccessfully. It's the little things like that which will keep us coming back. Our special thanks to Mildred! Keep up the good work.

Wish the property had a hot tub.
Negatives:
I didnt like that there was an expensive fee to bring a dog. It says its pet friendly. There was a $150 charge for the dog. We ended up using Rover app instead. That is not pet friendly to charge $150. The deposit of $250 was very steep too for the rest of the stay.
