Absolutely nothing management is there very nasty unprofessional. The girl the account was very nasty. The manager Carmine very nasty unprofessional people I wouldn’t make this hotel anything less than a one wouldn’t recommend it to anybody is covered with rope cockroaches. They don’t clean the rooms very well. got hair all over the place in the bathroom on the wall. Nothing‘s really clean everything‘s broken and outdated. The blanket got burnt holes in them. The place is a disaster and the staff is terrible.

I took my dog here to get away from the New York City fireworks on the 4th of July.
The room was bare bones but clean. Also it was very quiet and that was what I was looking for.

Bare bones, no snack machine only a soda machine that dispensed warm soda. Also staff were indifferent. No hello or goodbye.

It’s very clean and noticeably cleaner than the studio 6 hotel across the way and NO bugs!! The staff is very helpful and professional and the front desk manager Carmen has been super kind and does a great job running the place.

Not so far from the event I was attending and having made the reservation less than 1 week before. I have stayed last minute there last year too and it wasn’t bad.

Poor cleaning, apparently they only make the bed, change the towels and remove the trash. They urgently need pest control! We killed several spiders, bugs, and I even found a small cockroach in my hat that was on the bed :( I had to wear rubber slippers the whole time, the floor was extremely sticky and the air in the room was super humid. UNFORTUNATELY all the other places were sold out in the area. The soap is the worst thing! I didn’t fell clean at all. I always carry my personal items but forgot the soap. Was terrible. I just remembered of take 2 photos because I was extremely tired. Not to mention the misunderstandings about extending for 1 more night, confirmed by the phone and make a scene about it because who spoke with me was no supposed to extended since they were sold out… well they called me asking for my card to confirm the extra night directly with them. Saturday morning staff was not in a good mood pointing the other staff mistakes for me. I was still able to stay one more night. But was a headache.

The night receptionist was the highlight for me. He was so kind and personable. He was informative about the area and was helpful telling us where to go, what things to do etc...nowadays, you don't always get that hospitality. The room was very clean, quiet and the housekeeping staff were friendly and they refreshed the room as needed quickly and completely.

Was not sure at first. However, the night attendant was very nice, accommodating.
Room was great! Quiet too.
In the morning, we left early and realized a couple of hours later we forgot medication in the refrigerator. We called, the attendant had it (housekeeping turned it in). Next day, we picked it up. Very nice!!
