Negatives: Hotel front desk Staff and management is extremely racist. I was called a black bitch by the man @ the front desk and they refused to honor my reservation for room and they never refunded my money. place is infested with roaches. Manager Kelly is rude and allows her staff to be rude to hotel guest.

Negatives: Front desk Staff is very racist and unaccommodating. I was called a black b**** on the property @ front desk. rooms have roaches bring Raid. laundry room is disgusting and dryers never work.

Negatives: cockroach and place is used for rental needs to be cleaned and disinfected

Negatives: Everything was clean but we did notice a small cockroach crawling on the bathroom wall

Negatives: MALE CLERK AND A WOMAN MANAGER WERE VERY RUDE TO ME. I ASKED FOR EXTRA TIME, I HAD EMERGENCY AND WAS WAITING FOR MY HUSBAND TO PICK ME UP WITH MY 2 DOGS AND A CART FULL OF STUFF. ALSO MY MEMBERSHIP SAID UNTILL 2P.M. THEY WANTED TO FIGHT ME OUT, THEY ALSO LOCKED MY ROOM WITH MY STUFF AND 2 DOGS INSIDE. THEY OPENED IT ONLY WHEN I TOLD THEM I HAD MONEY AND JEWELRY THERE AND IF SOMETHING WILL BE MISSING THEY WILL BE RESPONSIBLE. YELLING AT ME. I HAD TO PLACE COMPLAINT WITH THE CORPORATE OFFICE AND ONLY THEN THEY LET ME STAY. AND THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS. I AM TRAVELING EVERY 2 WEEKS AND THIS IS HOTEL I STAYED ALL THE TIME. YELLING AT CUSTOMER IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Negatives: There are roaches in the hallways. When I come back from work the light are off in the room and the min I come in and turn the lights on they are everywhere. I really dislike that and the smell .
