Positives:
Rooms were great, clean, spacious, and staff was very nice. Breakfast was good, there were plenty of spaces for work and even for online meetings either inside or outside my room. Perfect place for a work trip.
Negatives:
Location was not the best - no walkable option for decent food (just fast food chains), but fairly easy to get anywhere important with a 10min drive, including Monmouth University and the Railroad Station. The room was also a little noisy at night (outside noise), but by 11pm it was quiet.

Negatives:
I was overcharged for the stay. Homewood Suites did not honor the price quoted on Booking.com. The room rate exceeded the price paid a month prior.
