Positives:
For some reason the staff wasn't as good as expected. They were just so slow for a check-in. And when I sent my nephew to my room to pick something up I forgot to bring back to my meeting card wasn't working and there was a whole ruckus of them not giving him a new card therefore I had to leave my business meeting go back get a card to go back to my meeting I thought it was ridiculous even when I called it was ridiculous I did not like the way it was handled and I feel it should have been handled differently since I wasn't even in the same town

Room was nice and clean but no heat in the room and it was cold.

No heat and didn’t pay attention that the hotel where the rooms was outside not inside. Not my preference. At night a lot of commotion and police activity
