The staff specifically the receptionist

To start they tried to double charge me right at check in. Once that got straightened out I went to my room and it had a horrible smoke smell. When I went to the desk instead of offering to move my room they just said we will make a note. Etc.

I did no like the fact that I was 90% sure I had free breakfast for my stay, when I asked the front desk just to confirm she stated that I didn't pay for it, and I replied I'm not supposed to pay for (FREE) breakfast. That was a let down.

Only complaint is complimentary breakfast isn't for everyone and it's not stated at check in, being given a bill after you eat thinking it's free is embarrassing.

The location was good and our previous stay in the new rooms was good.
Negatives:
Upon arriving the room was not the same as a previous room we had stayed in. It was outdated and small. We noticed the hot water was not working and called down. There were no other rooms for us so we had to stay as it was late in the evening.

I thought it ridiculous that the restaurant was not open for dinner on the weekend. I looked forward to having my meal &/or taking it up to my room to relax. Very disappointing to find I had to leave the hotel; go back out after arriving, in the rain to get dinner.
