The staff is very rude. They walked into our room around 10am without knocking. They also lied about not having late checkout. I stayed here before and have gotten late checkout before. In addition to walking in our room unannounced, well before checkout time, they had cleaning people knocking on our door for the rest of the morning up until checkout time in which management and cleaning staff rushed us out. I would NEVER stay the again.

Manager extremely rude, stern voice, very unpleasant" Keep your dog out of lobby". No name badge, in sweat pants sitting in lobby socializing with friend. Had to go to lobby to get new key. (Old keys) Not on duty during afternoon, got locked out of my room. Threatened me with physical violence when she denied not being on duty. She raised her voice and said I raised my voice. She said, go ahead call the police and I will have you thrown out. Next day she was spiteful, again. "keep dog out of lobby" when she knew it was me down the hall, he snickered afterward like it was a joke. Reused old doors keys left on counter, appeared greasey and dirty. Toilet had several rings in boll. Curtains covered ac unit vent. Back door not secure with door key during the day. Parking lot not maintained. I have never been treated so badly at a hotel in my entire life. General staff very, very polite.
