Paid for breakfast and didn't use the breafast coupon since my son paid for breakfast in advance. I requested a credit for the charges for breakfast that was paid for twice. Once by me and then again by my son. I reported this to the front desk staff, which told me, they were seperate from the restaurant ,and even thow I had paid for the room though Booking .com
that included Breakfast ,and the Holiday inn received the payment,that ,they were not responsible to give me credit,and to go back to the restaurant.
and collect from them.The one staff member at the restaurant didnt know anything about this type of procedure,and said,'
"his manager woudnt be in untill 3pm,and that he couldnt help me. He refered me back to the desk clerk in the lobby.This was a real "high school cicle jurk" I checked out and attended my brother inlaws funeral. The rest is history. I suggest that the Holiday Inn hotel, changes this credit policy and accomidate the guest in a more professional manor .
