Positives: This place is a complete joke! My husband and I booked with booking.com then upon arrival they say they aren't able to rent to us and they can't see the reason why? The man working at the time said to contact booking.com for our money back because he isn't accepting the reservation. Now 1 week later after going back and forth with booking.com and the red roof inn, somehow they get to keep our $478.00

Negatives: We don't like your lack of professionalism and the sheer fact that yous are complete LIARS! EVEN IF THE REASON IS SMOKING IN THE ROOM...THE FEE IS ONLY $250.00 AND YOU THEIVES STOLE THE REST! THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE AND ACTUALLY THINKS THEY ARE RIGHT!

Positives: The room itself was pretty nice. It was warm too.

Negatives: Our shower head was leaking and that effected the water pressure but we did tell them and they fixed it immediately. But there was no housekeeping done.
