Negatives: My first night was a cold one, considering the heater was not working and no one was available at the front desk. Morning came around I called the front desk and was able to get a new room only after maintenance said he couldn’t fix it. The rooms just felt out dated with a smell that wasn’t too bad but also wasn’t good. Lots of things needed to be renovated like the bathroom wall was missing a piece and the heater etc. I think it’s also kind of scary to see a mouse trap right upon entering the hotel but, hey got to keep them out right. I recommend they keep the staff at the front desk at night instead of in the back room. Looked good online, price wasn’t too bad! But, it all wasn’t worth it and wouldn’t come back here again. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Negatives: The building needs HGTV to go there and give it a makeover cause it desperately needs one.
Negatives: Had wait over half hour for room Ready as they were still cleaning when I arrived. Nothing to eat breakfast
Positives: Breakfast was good for holding us over till lunch. The staff, especially Felicia, were all so friendly and professional.
Negatives: There were people hanging out in front of the lobby with all their belongings. That isn't the staff's fault, but I didn't feel comfortable walking with my 2 yr old granddaughter. I don't think they were guests of the hotel.
I enjoyed my stay over...
Positives: Special shout out to Mrs Amanda Jones for being heaventsent and having the hugest heart that genuinely cares about the human race as a whole. Thank you so much for greeting us with the biggest most friendly smile and going the extra mile to make sure our room was prepped correctly. This was the most comfortable and friendly greeting we have ever encountered. You definitely made us feel welcomed and at home. Your the best Amanda!!!!
