Convenience.
We came up from out of town for a wedding and essentially, just needed a place to sleep.
Negatives:
We just needed sleep and that was tricky. There were many kids at the hotel both nights that we were there. They were very loud and noisy in the halls, first night (Friday) well after 10:30pm.
There was also a door to a room nearby was extremely squeaky and loud. Again, we just needed the hotel for sleep, and it was a challenge.
We also had taken showers and the washcloths were not very clean. Mine looked stained, light brownish and my husband found human body hairs on his washcloth when her went to use his.
Lastly, we've stayed at a few Holiday Inns and the quality of this hot breakfast buffet was below par. I can't eat cheese and all the eggs were mini cheese omelets, no scrambled. My husband found a hair in his sausage. The potatoes were okay. The apples were either wrinkly, or soft. We ended up going out for breakfast the next morning, since the options were not appetizing.

The staff were exceptionally professional and accommodating and polite. It appeared that new renovations had been done recently, which was very nice as well.
Negatives:
I did not care for the fact that I had to go to a different floor to get ice and the vending machines. There was no hairdryer in my room.

Nothing. Not worth the money. Stay was mediocre. My room door squeaked every time it opened. Old building with cheap renovations.

Breakfast was cheap. Juice machine was broke. Not a good variety of breakfast food. Should have had a waffle maker.
