Positives: The service of the friendly and courteous staff. Any I asked for they assisted me with no.problem. Getting or receiving what I wanted was done in a timely manner which was even better. Overall service above excellent I definitely would recommend this place to traveling parties.

Negatives: I can't say I didn't like anything I was totally satisfied with service and the room was very clean and neatly set so no complaints from me.

Positives: That I had a pla e to sleep for 2 nights before my apartment was ready

Negatives: They allow folks to smoke right outside the entrance so you have to walk through a cloud of smoke. The lobby and elevator smell like an astray. No one was ever at the front desk. There is hardly any sound proofing.
