Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Negatives: There was a roach in the room. The pillow was not comfortable. I requested for extra pillow and blanket and there wasn't anything extra. We booked for 3 people and did not have blanket for the 3rd guests.

Negatives: Shabby, breakfast was granola bars or packaged muffin. I booked and confirmed room with 2 queen beds, got 1 queen and after over an hour with desk got moved to a room with 1 queen and a couch. One of us had to sleep on couch. Refrigerator covered with rust. No utensils or dishes. No manager to talk to.

Negatives: Receptionist asked for paperwork regarding the service dog I travel with. Staff members should have been trained that there is no paperwork required for service dogs. As per the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), businesses are legally not allowed to request for documentation that the service dog is certified as a service animal. In fact, no such paperwork or registration exists.

They gave me attitude, and warned that if the dog was ever left in the room unattended, I would be charged $250. This was quite disrespectful to someone who is traveling with a service dog. Not all disabilities are visible.

Negatives: The staff was not professional I was charged more than the rate on website No garbage cans in room Autistic woman in lobby stating she was going to kill people Staff told me she was retarded and harmless Was told that I would be fined $250 if I left my show dog bedded in the crate in my truck, and she would have me arrested Then proceeded to charge me a pet fee, also stating if something was to happen to me they needed a number of somebody to come get the dog. Also told if I so much as spilled something they would keep my deposit (which was more than the stated price on website) I was so upset i showered at my friends house. My $250 stay ended up almost $500 for two nights When I checked out I had to beg for a receipt and bill was told since I booked online they don't give one, and stated they are keeping my deposit for 14 days ( accruing interest for them) I asked if I got the interest and they said no Bed felt like it was going to fall apart Room was relatively clean, wouldn't want to black light it though Horrifying stay, I travel fairly often showing dogs, this place scared me. I did not feel safe, then was ripped off!
