Positives: The room was clean The bed was made up and comfortable to sleep in. Not far from places to eat and shop. the Manager and desk persons were very helpful!!!

Negatives: I got locked out a couple of nights with the manual door lock. Maintenance to a while to come the 1st time. The 2nd time, the maintenance person could not get me into the room. I had to wait for the maintenance person to come with the right tool!!!

Negatives: everything in the room was broken. there was what looked like a pee stain on the sheets. blood on the walls. had no toilet paper. when we went to call the front desk the phone didn’t work. when we did get in touch with front desk they said we would have to come over the two parking lots in the rain to get it. took pictures so we don’t get blamed for anything that was already previously broken
