That they put a sick Vietnam Vet out that was there to see,and tend to his brothers funeral arrangements that lives 8 yrs away from his own home. He asked for an extension in stay ,and he paid for it to be done just in case he needed to stay longer. They still wouldn't accommodate that. They said beings he booked thru booking.com was the reason why. Cause he had to do the reservations thru them to guarantee that to have happened. We have stayed at that hotel since they opened up. Never will we stay there again if that's how they treat their vets.
