It's where a convention I attend is held twice a year
Negatives:
They said they can't keep parking spots for hotel guests . With the convention parking is scarce . But this year they had a way to rope off a section to charge for premium parking . They had one working elevator for a sold out hotel . They have turned off ice machines in the past and charged us for ice . They have shut the pool down more than once during the convention for maintenance
They made a fortune having this convention there and act like we're a bother and it really annoys me .
They asked for a license to take a luggage trolley one convention and low and be hold if you were patient you could get one
But they only did it once so there's never a luggage cart . I'm working with a transpottsion company to provide a shuttle from other local hotels so we have better options then a staying at the Hampton or the Hilton

I never got there. You sent me a confirmation for the Hampton Inn Parsippany well guess what - there are multiple Hampton Inns in Parsippany, all individually owned. After driving around for an hour at midnight and stopping at 3 different locations I finally just took a room at the last Hampton Inn I stopped at, too tired to continue. I will never use your service again

It was horrible.
Positives:
The location was very convenient for our visit with family. It is in a quiet area, near a small park. There is some construction nearby which made the entrance a little less than pleasant, but did not bother us other than that. The breakfast location was very comfortable and actually a lot better than what was in the Hilton (adjacent hotel).
Negatives:
The facility is dated and in need of upgrading. The hallways and rooms are carpeted and there is a lingering odor, perhaps from smoking (although it is clearly marked non-smoking). We switched rooms once and that helped but they probably need to remove the carpet. The rooms do not have a microwave or refrigerator, and there is no food service in the property during the daytime. We ate at a nearby restaurant which was very good, but you have to drive to get to it.

Connivence and wasn't charged to park like Hilton side. Breakfast was delicious. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was wonderful! Using the Hilton Pools and weight room was nice.
