Positives:
I'm sorry but I didn't like anything. out of about 60 of my reservations on Booking, this facility is terrible !
Negatives:
reception service terrible. room not cleaned for 7 days. requests made at the reception went unanswered. the worst bathroom, I have never seen such dirt. everything very old and worn out. dirty bedding. I treated this room as a base for my trip to New York. I regretted that I had rented it for 7 days - it was difficult to stay there for one day.

The floors were clearly not swept. The non smoking room stinks of cigarettes. For almost $100 a night cleanliness should be up to par.

Nothing. It was so disappointing and disgusting. Nearly ruined our trip.
Negatives:
There was multiple Roaches, room was barely cleaned. The room REEKED of cigarettes we had to move rooms and it STILL smelled SO BAD.
