Negatives: I did my reservations through booking , on arrival to hotel i handed my reservation / confirmation number to the staff at the front desk; Daniel he checked his computer and told me he can not find my reservation in-spite of having a confirmed reservation with a confirmation number. He said there nothing he can do and I should call booking customer care or I could wait 1-2 hours for the reservation to show in his screen. I told him this is never happened to me he replied “ the is a first time for every thing “ !!! I asked him to help me to reach booking customer service…. He said NO Another gust offered to help and used his local line to call booking customer services and the called the hotel staff and apparently my confirmed reservation was there !!!!
