Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

The location. Getting on and off US 1 (Brunswick Pike) will always be difficult. The small road sign is nearly impossible to see--you've passed it before you see it. The short access and departure lanes can be a challenge. Excellent staff!

Staff, or lack of. No coffee or breakfast at the prescribed time and no staff present at front desk to field questions. Even 20 minutes later when coffee did come out, it was empty and again no staff to respond and refill.

This was one of the worst hotels that I've ever stayed at. The staff was pleasant but never followed through on anything they promised. I had to beg for more toilet paper when I ran out. I was there 2 weeks and they never cleaned my room, in fact there was still trash in the room when I arrived. I had no blankets the first night, even though the staff promised to bring me some. The elevator had been broken for 4 months when I arrived. The available breakfast was granola bars and coffee, which doesn't even qualify as a good snack. When I thought that I had forgotten an item in my room and called the manager Marlon, he never called me back to let me know if the item was found.

I like the staff! We have never visited this hotel before and we always pass it. The staff was so accommodating and caring. From the night staff to the morning staff. All around great. I also liked to the price of the room. I also liked the breakfast.

I just wish there was a gym.

The elevator was broken and has been for quite a while from what some longtime guests have said. I saw absolutely no signs of work being done on it in the three weeks I stayed there. I was booked to a third floor room and was told there were no first floor rooms available.
