It is right off the highway.

I had to wait while a long term customer was reviewing her bill for the last five months. Finally get to the room and the TV doesn’t work. In the morning there is a sign that the elevator doesn’t work. The place houses a lot of elderly people, how can you the elevator be broken. The entire place smelled like second hand smoke. The offer for the crappy room was a one night stay at any other property. I doubt I will ever see that certificate. Booking.com should remove them from their site.

Our stay at Extended Stay America Red Bank Middleton Suites was truly wonderful! As a family-friendly hotel, it offered everything we needed during a challenging time. The two queen bed suite with a kitchen was perfect for our family of five — two adults and three children. The kitchens are a little worn but fully functional, which made meal prep easy. Laundry facilities on-site were a huge help for us, allowing us to keep up with washing clothes hassle-free.
The grab-and-go breakfast isn’t hot but includes coffee, muffins, and other quick items, which was convenient for busy mornings. The entire facility is kept clean, and we appreciated the plenty of extra towels, sheets, and supplies provided.
What made our stay exceptional was the amazing staff—from the owner and general manager down to the overnight desk staff—they were warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. As a 100% disabled Marine veteran displaced due to a major flood, traveling with my family during a tough time, their kindness made all the difference.
The kids had a great time and felt safe roaming the hallways. The hotel is currently updating rooms and interiors, so while some areas still feel a bit outdated, it’s clear improvements are underway. We did notice a few odd guests here and there, but that’s to be expected anywhere you go.
Our room was on the first floor with windows that opened to let in fresh air, and the air conditioning worked really well. The nights were quiet, and we all slept soundly. Overall, a fantastic stay with great staff and family-friendly amenities—we highly recommend Extended Stay America Red Bank Middleton Suites!

The lighting was very good, the tv had a guide and the AC was perfect.

The bed was very uncomfortable, the springs were enlarged in my body with every toss and turn, you heard everything that was taking place in the hallways, and other rooms, no hair drier, no living room mirror. Place could use a refresh and lower the price so nobody will have higher expectations
