it’s says it is a smoke free room but as soon as we walked into our room the smell of smoke almost knocked us out. very disappointing. also the room is dirty. the tv, hair dryer and phone were not working.

There was no breakfast. There was Coffee but we had to go elsewhere to eat.
Negatives:
The room was sufficient enough but was not the cleanest. In checking in the staff said there was no room service and we got to our room and the washcloth for the bathroom was dirty. My pillowcase had someone else hair on it. Not sure when the room was cleaned otherwise.
