Positives: The staff was amazing. If we needed anything they were very helpful and kind. Very awesome New York City views. Very good location for where I needed to be. The beds were very comfortable.

Negatives: The room was very hot and had a hard time regulating the temperature. No one stopped by to take out trash and we saw one bug in our bathroom. I think they should update their policy to at least send someone by to remove trash every day. There isn't a gym, pool, or healthy breakfast. Our room was very small.
