Pedro. The front desk agent was absolutely my favorite part. He made the place feel like home. His service was excellent. I really comment him and his high level of customer service. I will recommend him highly. Thank you for having my family. Every request was met with amazing satisfaction and pleasure.
Negatives:
Pool share was a bit heavy handed when the one instructor (he had one student) kept harassing the 40 guests squeezed in half of the pool. Observing the Contract could be more agile and compassionate over the 2 hours.

The room was a decent size and had a separate tv room. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Bus is right in front of the hotel to take you to NYC and on time with schedule. Free parking. Very close to store shops and restaurants. They let us keep our luggage at the hotel on our last day.
Negatives:
Room very outdated. The paint in the windows was peeling. The room didn't not feel clean but the beds were ok. The couch had stains on them and looked like it had not been cleaned in ages. I had to request for a blanket to cover it. There was no table or counter space to put your stuff. The bathroom leaked from the ceiling and they gave the reason that it was because of the lady who took a shower downstairs and didn't fix the shower curtain properly. We were out most of the day sightseeing so this was just a place to sleep, park the car and have free breakfast. If you're looking for luxury, this isn't the place for you.
