Very good
Positives:
The property was very well maintained and clean. The pools and hot tub well taken care of and lots of towels available at all times.
Negatives:
The ladies that worked at the front desk were very kind. However, there was a very rude gentleman that really made my children feel very upset by the way he spoke to them. They are well behaved kids and still he felt the need to be rude to them. I also liked the hostess for the breakfast but our waitress was rude and did not take the time to hear me before rudely addressing me.

My reservation was confirmed but not received in over and hour and forty minutes. They cancelled my reservation at no charge. Booking said they would find another room at no charge to me to stay there. I stayed in a cold car in freezing weren’t waiting for email
from booking. The hotel said booking could not get the reservation for the 15th because it was -free 2am on the morning of the 16th. I made a counter reservation and paid $140 plus for a 4 hour nap before my meeting. Booking was as a big disappointment. I’ve used them frequently but is this is not rectified…it may have to be addressed in court

Horrific and left me exhausted

The breakfast was ok, dinner and drinks we had were really good. Very Clean and loved that there was shampoo/conditioner/soap in the shower and a hair dryer.
Negatives:
Room service was listed as a service but when we called to order they said they were not doing room service. That was a little disappointing.
