Sonesta is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.

The room was the filthiest room we have ever stayed in. The carpet was disgusting, and there was handprints of food on the walls and even a smear of poop on the outside of the toilet.

Negatives:
There was a king, queen and sofa bed. Master bedroom & King bed were perfect.
The 2nd room smelled like pet urine. (Tried to open the window to air it out with no luck The queen bed smelled of human urine and had visible stains (once sheets were lifted). I even tried bringing pet odor remover which did nothing.
This room also had a small silverfish. Carpets looked dirty (honestly, it may have been clean, but they looked so old that they looked dirty).
Kitchen table was bar height. (Not usually an issue, except I have 4 young kids).
There was broken glass on the sidewalk outside our entrance (again, 4 young kids).
The lighting in and to/from the courtyard was incredibly poor at night.
To be fair, the 1st room we were given was perfectly fine, with the exception that the key cards didn't work (they were in the middle of changing their key card system) and also because of that, we initially arrived to an open door (i.e. swing/hinged bar lock kept the door from closing since there would be no way to get back in).

I liked that the property was pet friendly and we were able to take the dog on a walk. The room was okay but the sofas need upgrading in was sunk in made it uncomfortable to sit

I didn't like the sofa in the room, the breakfast food quality sucks. The people was loud at the pool and grill area. Fireworks was done on the hotel property and wasn't supposed too

Pictures of hotel on booking com, in reality not even booking .com bother not hotel will takecare, when I was arrived and check in, room was full with dirty smell and I had to call reception for room freshener spray, after that wash basic drain was choked and we just wash hand nothing else, there is only one person who was doing everything in hotel, so had to wait for next day to someone visit and clear wash basin, this hotel seems like lack fo staff, everytime need 24hrs to fulfill your request , after that wifi was down for 24hrs , I booked this hotel for 06nights and I left 1 day earlier bcoz I was not able to stay more in same place,
Normally I don't like to write negative reviews and always try to accomodate things, I am using booking.com since many years but unfortunately I felt that booking.com is not bothering your Stay once you booked the hotel and paid.
I tried several time to booking.com helpline but no replies yet,

It was ok. With the right space for my family. We stayed in a two bedroom suite. One room with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. Each room had its own bathroom. (That's a question I asked and gotten no response)

The washer and dryer weren't complimentary, and it seemed that the room key card timed out before our stay was done. (Good thing we left Papa in the hotel room as we washed on our last night)
