Positives: Spent New Years Eve with my grandkids the indoor pool was okay seem to be pretty clean.
Negatives: The smell of weed in the hallways for a 100% smoke-free facility? Also had a problem with the keys having to be reprogrammed several times. The staff seem to be frustrated with us returning to the desk for reprogramming.. I was told well your wife was just here. If the key don't work then the key don't work!

Positives: EVERYTHING!! I stayed there from December 16th-17th. The whole staff was extremely pleasant and hospitable. The lady who worked in the night I checked in was extremely nice and personable I definitely felt at home. I ended up leaving Sunday night and the hotel was very accommodating to my request. On Saturday night I had gotten a call from the hotel and it turns out the lady who was working that night found my credit card and she called me to tell me she found it and to cancel it if I wasn’t able to come back. I have NEVER had someone call me to tell me they found my card, 99% of people would just keep it and spend it, but not her! I’m amazed at how nice and trustworthy the staff is. Thank you guys for everything! PS: the beds were extremely comfortable and the place was very quiet. I was very impressed with everything. PSS: the ladies that worked Friday night 12/16 when we checked in around 830/9 should get a raise as well as the lady who was working Saturday night 12/17!!! They are great assets to your hotel!

Negatives: "Hot tub" was a Luke warm tub at best. We was booking alot and I always make a note of my husband's service animal. They claimed to never have seen it(every other hotel for past 3+ yrs has) and gave us a heads time about the service dog. Pre charged my car before seeing her ID so now im.waiting a a refund. Stuff was super rude with that situation. If I ever go back I'd only stay here as a last resort.
