Negatives:
The bed is extremely uncomfortable; feels like you sink into the middle. We were unable to sleep more than a few hours for our entire weekend.
The complimentary soap in the shower and beside the sink were completely empty.
Even local channels were not available on the television.
The heat/ air conditioning unit was broken.
The toilet was broken when we arrived and we had to remove the lid from the back each time we flushed.
A guest on our floor was hollering and pounding on a door for three plus hours in the middle of the night, and the phone does not work to contact the front desk. When I went downstairs at 1 AM to ask for assistance there was no staff to be found.
